DESCRIPTION

Zero Emissions Mobility To All, is a pioneer initiative that tries to give to all citizen the opportunity of having at hand a free emissions mobility. One of the biggest threats that we face every day is polluting emissions. Transport, and specially, card and trucks emit 43 % of total emission. All together we can reach zero emissions. One of the principal responsibilities of all public and private institutions, globally, is the reduction of these polluting emissions, so we can considerably increase our wellness and standard of living.

Electric mobility, because of no polluting emissions as well as because of it higher efficiency, which is double of a conventional vehicle, means a fundamental part of future mobility. ZEM2ALL is a movement that acts as a real and definitive test of the functioning of free emissions mobility. With this initiative we know the impact and management of the electric mobility resources of the cities of future. The use of cars, its charge, the services than can be offered, the impact of the resources management of the cities…Malaga City, worldwide pioneer in managing smart cities, has an experience of more than 5 years being the scenario of the Smart city Malaga project by Enel/Endesa, what turns it into the best possible showroom for this movement. All of this would not be possible without the collaboration of Malaga City Council, who has given all its the support to this project and signed an agreement with NEDO (New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization).

In addition it has adopted different measure to turn a reality sustainable mobility giving to participants different privileges that will allow them to drive freely through the city.

OBJECTIVES

The target of the movement is to make easier to Malaga citizens, companies and particulars, access to electric mobility. The lucky citizens benefit of privileges as cars and charging infrastructure that allow them to be the first adopting electric mobility and enjoy its advantages and services. Using an electric car in Malaga allow us to know its usage impact more deeply, gathering information and experiences that indicate the necessities for the implementation in big scale of electric vehicles in our society. But, to discover how tomorrow’s Malaga will be, we need your collaboration. Your company or home could be one of the first to own a emissions free vehicle and help to design the services for the city of tomorrow.

CIRCE'S ROLE

  • The services provided by CIRCE in this project are being directly subcontracted by some of the partners. The services are:
    • Adaptation of the energy management system to control the V2G chargers in the charging station. 6 chargers of 5 kW each.
    • Development of the energy management system to control the V2G chargers implemented in a micro-grid with the integration of renewable energy generation and storage systems.
