CIRCE launches Communit-e, a digital tool to facilitate the management of energy communities

The CIRCE technology center has developed Communit-e, a new digital tool designed to simplify the creation, management, and monitoring of energy communities in a structured and user-friendly way. This solution is the result of CIRCE’s extensive experience providing technical support to public and private entities in this field. 

Communit-e enables energy community managers to organize tasks, coordinate stakeholders, track progress, and report indicators in a centralized and visual manner. It also adapts to different territorial contexts, helping local authorities, cooperatives, or associations to advance their energy transition without needing advanced technical knowledge. 

The platform combines an intuitive visual design with features that support the full life cycle of an energy community—from the initial impulse to full operational consolidation. Its main benefits include: 

• Shared digital space for all members, promoting transparency and collaboration. 
• Customizable modules to track the technical, economic, and social aspects of each initiative. 
• Automatic report export to simplify accountability and dialogue with public administrations. 
• Common repository for documents and materials, useful for replicating models and learning from other experiences. 

CIRCE has already made Communit-e available to interested entities through its website, free of charge during the first year of use, and offers demo sessions to show how this tool can become the nerve center of any energy community.
