CIRCE, one of the best companies to work for in Spain in 2025 for the fifth year in a row

CIRCE – Technology Center, an organization dedicated to improving the competitiveness of the business fabric through the transfer of technology in the fields of energy, digital transformation, and sustainability, has achieved 7th place at the national level and is the top-ranked company and technology center in Aragón in the 251 to 500 employees category, recognized as one of the Best Workplaces in Spain in the Best Workplaces Spain 2025 Ranking.

The prestigious ranking, now in its 23rd edition, was announced on Thursday, March 27, at the award ceremony held in Madrid by the consultancy firm Great Place to Work®. To be included in the ranking, employee evaluations of the company must reach at least 70% on the Trust Index©. This year, CIRCE – Technology Center achieved 92%, a 2% increase compared to 2024.

In the 2025 edition, Great Place to Work® gathered the opinions of more than 50 million people worldwide, carrying out an exhaustive diagnostic of organizational climate. This analysis includes both distributing a questionnaire to employees and conducting a detailed assessment of the company’s people management culture. In CIRCE’s case, the results highlight aspects particularly appreciated by its team, such as the warm welcome upon joining the organization (100%), the trust placed by supervisors in well-done work without the need for constant supervision (95%), and workplace flexibility (97%).

CIRCE – Technology Center closed 2024 with a 15% growth and revenues of €20 million, strengthening its role as a key technological partner for industry. The efforts dedicated to improving business competitiveness generated €8.5 million in income, while cutting-edge innovation projects contributed €11.5 million to continue developing technological solutions that drive the energy transition, sustainability, and digital transformation. The organization has solid experience both nationally and internationally and has established itself as a leader in innovation, collaborating with leading companies in the energy and sustainability sectors. At the European project level, CIRCE holds 2nd place in the national ranking of technology centers and 11th place overall.

With a team of over 300 professionals and a strong commitment to young talent, the center heads into 2025 with the goal of continuing to grow and consolidating its position as a technological benchmark for industry.

Additionally, following the success of previous editions, in 2024 CIRCE relaunched its CIRCE Academy talent program, bringing in 16 recent graduates from STEAM fields, who have joined the organization while continuing their training through a specialized postgraduate program. After completing the first edition of the program and gaining two years of experience, 60% of participants have already successfully joined the permanent staff. Furthermore, the technology center continues its commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility and has renewed its RSA and RSA+ Seals awarded by the Government of Aragón.

All these initiatives, along with the workplace policies implemented over the past year — such as new Equality and Mobility Plans, the CIRCE Saludable program to promote employees’ physical and emotional well-being, and the Referral program for recruiting talent through recommendations — have led CIRCE to become one of the best organizations to work for in Spain.
